You get attention and some advice. We will listen to you, and do our best to understand your problem. We will ask questions, and based on your answers we will propose a direction.
You show what you’re working on, and we try to improve your output and your skills, and help in the way you approach your problem and the people you interact with. We discuss your work, and you get a few notes as well offline.
Clinic is free for one time.
This is where all hands work starts, and in about a day’s worth of co-working sessions we try to get you to where you would like to be, provided that it’s achievable. We might need multiple workshops to get there. We will actively contribute to your work, but only meet other stakeholders under exceptional circumstances.
We agree at the start what we aim for, and you pay upon fulfilment. Pricing varies, but Students and Small Businesses get discount.
If we conclude that you would benefit from repeat, we will.

Academies can vary from a 2-day onsite bootcamp to a full-week design sprint, driving you towards outcomes, value maximisation, and product mindset.
Academy sessions require your full team’s commitment, and pricing is influenced by the location and number of attendants.
If your ask is to spend time with you and your team, with continuous availability, and defined responsibilities that are transparent to all project members, first we finalise our scope, then we settle the price, and payment is due when an agreed output is complete.
You might even ask us to lead your project for a while, but it’s still be part time, and dominantly from remote.
The duration and number of outputs is up to how we both see the potential of our co-creation.
